SellerSlip

Terms and Conditions

Read the Terms and Conditions for using SellerSlip free shipping label croppers, PDF merge tools, and e-commerce seller utilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SellerSlip (https://sellerslip.com/), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the website and tools immediately.

2. License to Use the Web Application

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use SellerSlip for personal or commercial e-commerce packaging and fulfillment purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or automate high-frequency robotic requests that degrade service availability for other users.

3. User Responsibilities & Document Accuracy

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of formatted shipping labels, barcode readability, and customer order numbers prior to handing parcels to logistics carriers. While our cropping coordinates are calibrated against standard marketplace templates, changes made by platforms to their PDF layouts may require margin adjustments.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The original software code, user interface, brand assets, and documentation on SellerSlip are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names, marketplace logos, and trademarks (such as Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for descriptive and compatibility purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

SellerSlip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall SellerSlip, its developers, or affiliates be liable for courier delays, delivery failures, carrier weight penalties, or loss of profits arising from the use of our software.

6. Service Availability & Offline Operation

While we strive for continuous server availability via our global edge network, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Because our processing engines run client-side in your local browser runtime via WebAssembly, temporary internet interruptions will not prevent you from processing already-loaded document batches or completing active cropping tasks.

7. Acceptable Use & System Integrity

Users agree not to introduce malicious scripts, exploit software vulnerabilities, or conduct automated denial-of-service attempts against our hosting infrastructure. Legitimate fulfillment automation through personal browser sessions is welcome, but distributed high-frequency scraping of web assets is prohibited.

8. Indemnification & Nominative Fair Use

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SellerSlip and its operators from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your operational use of cropped labels, compliance with marketplace seller guidelines, or tax filings. Use of trademarked brand names on this site constitutes nominative fair use for descriptive compatibility under Indian trademark law.

9. Governing Law & Inquiries

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For questions or support, contact support@sellerslip.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use SellerSlip for commercial warehouse packaging operations?

Yes. Commercial use by e-commerce merchants, third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, and retail brands is completely permitted.

Does SellerSlip guarantee 100% barcode scan rates across all couriers?

While our vector cropping preserves 300 DPI sharpness, physical scan success depends on thermal printer maintenance, darkness calibration, and ribbon quality.

Are there hidden charges or future subscription fees?

No. All utilities remain free to use without unexpected charges or mandatory credit card registration.

What should I do if a marketplace changes its PDF template layout?

If a marketplace updates its coordinate layout, you can adjust margins with our Universal Shipping Cropper or email support@sellerslip.com for updated presets.

Can our enterprise integrate your PDF processing engine into our internal ERP?

Our tools are designed as open browser utilities. For customized warehouse workflows or local intranet deployments, contact our development team.

Are users notified when terms and conditions are updated?

Material changes to terms are posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.

What happens if a browser crash interrupts an active file merge?

Because processing is local and non-destructive, your original source files remain intact on your computer. Re-uploading resumes processing immediately.

Which jurisdiction applies in the event of legal disputes?

Any legal proceedings arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

Client-Side Security Guarantee: All document processing, vector coordinate cropping, and label generation occur 100% inside your local web browser memory via WebAssembly. No files, customer addresses, phone numbers, or invoices are uploaded to external servers.
