SellerSlip

Privacy Policy

Read the Privacy Policy of SellerSlip. Learn how our 100% client-side WebAssembly architecture protects your shipping labels and customer data.

1. Client-Side Processing Architecture (Zero Document Uploads)

SellerSlip operates fundamentally as a client-side web utility. When you use our tools to crop shipping labels, split pages, convert images, or merge PDF documents, all file reading, vector clipping, and document generation occur entirely within your web browser using WebAssembly and local JavaScript. Your PDF files, customer delivery addresses, buyer telephone numbers, and commercial tax invoices are never transmitted across the internet to our servers or stored on remote databases.

Operational data resides solely in your browser's temporary working memory and is automatically cleared as soon as you close or refresh the browser tab.

2. Server Log Files & Technical Analytics

Like standard web applications, our web hosting provider (Cloudflare Workers) logs basic technical requests when visitors load website assets. These server logs record internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamps, referring/exit pages, and approximate geographic region. This technical data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is utilized strictly for network diagnostics, DDoS mitigation, and global CDN caching efficiency.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

SellerSlip uses cookies to record visitor preferences, such as selected layout options (e.g., Thermal 4×2 or 4×6) or theme choices. These cookies optimize the user experience by preserving your preferred operational settings across visits.

4. Google Advertising Partners & Third-Party Cookies

Google is a third-party vendor on our website. Third parties, including Google, use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to this website or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

To learn how Google collects, shares, and processes data from partner sites, visit Google's official policy: How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.

5. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to external advertisers or external websites linked from our pages. We encourage users to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad networks for detailed information on their practices and instructions on how to opt out of data collection.

6. GDPR, CCPA & Indian DPDP Act Compliance

We respect data protection principles under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India. Because our platform does not collect, record, or monetize user identifiers or customer shipping documents, your business records remain private by default.

7. Memory Isolation & Browser Buffer Flushing

When files are selected for processing, they are converted into temporary in-memory JavaScript Uint8Array buffers. No persistent browser IndexedDB storage or local file system caches are created. Tapping the download button saves the processed PDF to your local Downloads directory and flushes the in-memory coordinate objects immediately.

8. Children's Online Privacy Protection

Protecting children's privacy is an essential priority. SellerSlip is designed for commercial business operations and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

9. Consent & Contact Information

By using our website, you consent to our Privacy Policy. For inquiries regarding data practices, email us at support@sellerslip.com.
